Turnkey indoor-farm pricing in 2026 splits into three tiers. Factory-direct (mostly Chinese) 40-ft container farms list around $30,000β45,000, fully assembled β but generic, with little on-ground service. Mid-market engineered-and-serviced units sit around $55,000β110,000. Premium Western systems run $150,000+, often with a monthly software subscription on top.

The main cost drivers are growing area, level of automation, LED lighting, climate control, the crop (and its light/nutrient recipe), certification requirements (SASO/SABER, ESMA, CE) and delivery terms (EXW / FOB / CFR / DAP).
