Aeroponic Systems

High-pressure aeroponics โ€” the highest-yield, lowest-water way to grow, engineered for continuous robotic-harvest operation.

Overview

Aeroponics suspends plant roots in a fine, high-pressure nutrient mist instead of soil or standing water. Roots get maximum oxygen and precisely metered nutrients, which drives faster growth and higher yield per square metre than soil or most hydroponic methods โ€” while using around 95% less water than field farming.

Our racks are built for commercial reality, not demos: anodized-aluminium frames, a dual high-pressure misting line, four growing tiers and a structural base designed for robotic cassette harvesting, so a large grow room runs with minimal labour.

How it works

Nutrient solution is pressurised and atomised onto the root zone on a precise cycle; unused mist is recaptured and recirculated, while a closed climate and dosing loop keeps every tier identical.

Because roots are never submerged, oxygenation is high and disease pressure is low โ€” and the robotic-harvest base lets you add growing area without adding headcount.

Questions

How is aeroponics different from hydroponics?

Hydroponics keeps roots in water or a wet medium; aeroponics suspends them in air and mists them. That means more oxygen at the root, typically higher yield and lower water use, and no growing medium to buy or dispose of.

Does it work in hot, dry climates like the Gulf?

Yes โ€” the grow room is sealed and climate-controlled, so outside conditions don't matter, and water recirculation makes it especially suited to water-scarce regions.

What happens if the power fails?

Aeroponic roots are sensitive to interruption, so we specify power redundancy and fail-safe modes for every project โ€” see our Off-grid & Autonomous systems for remote or shelter deployments.
